Trollbeads and Thun: the birth of a new partnership
In the last few days, the news of a collaboration between the Danish brand Trollbeads and the South Tyrolean Thun has rebounded on the social networks. The jewels that will be created from the partnership will be rigorously handmade with high quality materials.
The Trollbeads Day’s history
For those of you that aren’t familiar with this brand, the Trollbeads day is an annual celebration that begins in 2014. Every year Trollbeads celebrates Trollbeads Day all over the world. It is a day where people celebrate and share their stories and their affection to Trollbeads. Each year on Trollbeads Day, usually in June, a new limited-edition bead or bracelet is introduced.
Trollbeads Day 2020
As it happens since 2014, also this year the long-awaited Trollbeads Day is about to arrive. On sale from July 25th, at a cost of € 55.00 each, six etched glasses with intense colours that closely remind me of Engraved glass beads. This release is simply called Trollbeads Day 2020, even if the six glass beads have an individual name. Therefore, we have Trollbeads Plum Tree, Trollbeads Mint Mesh, Trollbeads Lime Leaves, Trollbeads Blueberry flower, Trollbeads Raspberry Bush and Trollbeads Honey Bee. Each bead has a different etched design, creating a frosted effect in the glass.
